Delivery Information

Free Delivery

Here at Sparticle Bikes we pride ourselves on our fast delivery, making sure you get your e-bike orders as quickly and easily as possible. Below is some information on who we use to get your goods to you and how much it will cost, no matter where you live in the world.

UK Orders

Free delivery on complete system orders
We aim to dispatch orders the same working day, although this may not always be possible during busy trading periods. If you order home fitting please note that the local Spartichanic will contact you within 2 days to arrange a convenient fitting date and time for you.

Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail for deliveries under £100. Royal Mail typically delivers within 1-2 working days after dispatch but we are unable to guarantee a delivery day. Orders of £500 and under will be subject to a postage charge.

Courier

We use couriers. When your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email (if email provided) which confirms the courier firm being used and provides you with a tracking number. If you don't have your tracking number, or disagree with the information provided by the results, or believe the courier has let you down, then please contact our customer service team using the SUPPORT tab on the side and we can investigate any issues for you. We use reputable couriers for all our deliveries. For UK deliveries, the courier should attempt delivery of your parcel the next working day after dispatch.

International Orders

Free worldwide shipping on complete system orders
Please note we only accept bank transfer or verified Paypal for orders outside of the UK. Delivery times and prices depend on the destination country but are usually within 7 days for the furtherest reaches of the EU and within 10 days worldwide. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes. Where they apply, these are your responsibility. The shipping company should advise you of the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be, and Sparticle Bikes is not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Sparticle Bikes, or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product(s), minus any costs incurred in returning them to Sparticle Bikes. We continue dispatching international orders, in time for Christmas, until mid December. Please refer to the checkout page for more information.
Please note: our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
